The first section lists directories to which you can submit your feed´s URL. If you are using blogger, then your feed´s URL would be:
http://yourblogname.blogspot.com/atom.xml.

Or, if you host Blogger blogs on your site the address is:
http://www.yourblog.com/folder/atom.xml

If you are using Wordpress, your feed´s URL would be http://www.yourdomain.com/blog/feed/
If you get an error message, then try the URL
http://www.yourdomain.com/blog/feed/rss2/.

Chordata chordata.info (this one is great, just submit your feed´s URL and their spider will run across your blog and list all the current blog entries with a link back to each - Don´t miss this !)
