PPC Classroom: My Personal Experience - part 2

Ok, here is the continuing of my story with PPC Classroom purchase.

As a mentioned in my previous post I got an update from PPC Classroom customer support rep later that night that although my account Has been created with all my info Logged, the payment didn’t go through.

The next day = yesterday, I called my Bank Credit card support and found out that actually TWO payments of $551,54 CND (I live in Canada) have been taken from my Credit card and sent to the Affiliate Classroom.

So another email to CS of PPCC. I have to mention here that the lady at PPCC Customer Service Department has been and is Very helpful, and I got replies almost instantly, however according to her when she contacted PPCClassroom accounting department she got info that both of my payments have been void because of some “authorization issues”.

So back to my TD Bank Canada Credit Card support service Finally to find out that yes, there have been an Authorization issues but not because of my credit card, but because Affiliate Classroom is Not an approved merchant on Their approved merchant list!

So “for my protection” they produced this “Authorization errors”.
Which is an Absolute Stupidity from my point of view because HOW am I supposed to Know That…??!

So according to them I should have called them first, so they could “check PPCC/AC merchant status credibility” and they would add them to their (mines) Approved Merchant list if they pass!

But here is the Biggest Kick:
Even the Affiliate Classroom (PPCC) is Not on their approved list the money Still Has been Taken from my account and sent to them anyway (!)

Can You Believe something like THAT???
What kind of “Client Protection” is this?

On the other hand I still would like to repeat my suggestion from the Previous post:
PPC Classroom should have offered an Alternative payment as well!
I never had any problems with Paypal, 2Checkout, Clickbank etc…

And I live in Canada! I wonder How the people from other - more distant nations were able to pay?

Now let see how this story will continue….
